Kim Hollis

I have always been interested in and focused on design as far back as I can remember. I have always reorganized spaces three-dimensionally in my head so architectural design was a perfect outlet for me. Every client is unique and has different needs, so no project is ever the same, which makes this industry so interesting and enjoyable. Listening to my client’s needs and wishes and translating those desires into a cohesive design that they love, and will function well for them, is my favorite aspect of the process.

Kim has been designing in the remodeling industry for over 25 years, mainly residential, but some commercial and retail.  Kim loves remodeling because she hates to see an existing structure not live up to its potential or ultimately be destroyed. She believes that working with existing homes is how we keep our community thriving now and in the future. Further education is always one of her goals and is currently working towards becoming a licensed architect.
