MOSAIC Group redesigned several parts of the house to accommodate an elevator to all floors. The master bedroom was expanded to include a sitting room, and a separate dining room was added.

Since the house perches on the lake, the elevator shaft serves as a focal point. The windows on each floor give you a beautiful view of the lake and let light enter the elevator shaft. The window at the top of the shaft has a light that automatically turns on at night, providing a beacon of light in the neighborhood.
