MOSAIC Group repositioned this kitchen in front of the existing wall and added a new island with a cooktop. The laundry room was moved to the original kitchen's location. Removing the asbestos and the popcorn ceilings created a cool design element in the space.

If your house is feeling crowded, perhaps it’s time to serve an eviction notice on your car and convert the garage to living space.
