Nathan Berg

Project Manager

“Quality is never an accident. It is always the result of intelligent effort.” – John Rusk

Nathan began his career, in the industry, 23 years ago. He learned carpentry from his father at a young age and by 1997 was a lead carpenter. He worked for 8 years as a carpenter and supplemented his income building high end craftsmen furniture from old heart pine.  Nathan transitioned in 2005 from a carpenter to a project manager when he was approached by a new company to manage high level green projects due to his expertise in the area. He worked as a residential project manager for the next 9 years. He later moved to multi-family builds in 2014, once more as a project manager overseeing building and renovation apartment complexes. In 2016, he transitioned to commerical projects specializing in building restaurants. In 2018, he decided to venture back to residential when he joined the MOSAIC team.
