The Challenge
This home was in much need of an exterior renovation and makeover when the home owner’s purchased the home. The front porch was made from concrete poured over now rotting wood, the back deck was being held together by paint and it was lacking in curb appeal. Enter Mosaic.
The Solution
The back deck wood was too rotten to repair so we replaced the wooden deck and added contemporary stairs and railing. On the front of the house, we added a pathway, landscaped and rebuilt the rotting front porch. On the front porch, we added a modern covering to create an inviting porch for neighbors to conversate on. We finished off the project by painting the house with our client’s requested bold colors. It certainly makes a far stronger impression now.
