Full Time Entry Level Interior Designer 

MOSAIC Design + Build, a leading Atlanta residential design/ build remodeling firm is prepared to hire an entry level Interior Designer / Kitchen and Bath Designer with an interest in contributing to company growth. At least 1 year of experience in the residential design industry is required. Candidate must be a creative problem solver and be detail oriented. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects is preferred. Familiarity with Chief Architect, AutoCad and Sketch-Up as well as Microsoft Office competency are key skill sets for success in this position.

This role requires involvement with the design and production teams to support the needs of our lead designer. During the schematic phase of projects, duties may include as-built measuring, documentation and schematic design presentations. Subsequent design phases may include product research, showroom visits, selection coordination and construction documentation. Responsibilities will be determined by prior experience and natural abilities.

Project types may include kitchens, baths, master suites, attics, basements, whole-house renovations, wine storage, porches, decks, arbors, sunrooms, patios and outdoor kitchens and fireplaces. A portfolio of our work is available here.

Full Time Sales Assistant

MOSAIC Design + Build, a leading Atlanta residential design/ build remodeling firm is prepared to hire a Sales Assistant with an interest in contributing to company growth. At least 2 years of experience in the customer service industry is required. Candidate must have the ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team.  Must have exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal skills to communicate effectively to a high-end clientele.  Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects is preferred. Microsoft Office competency is a key skill set for success in this position.

General responsibilities may include:

  • Utilize web-based Sales Management System on a daily basis in support of sales team.
  • Track sales activities and develop monthly sales reports.
  • Input customer contacts into company client management software.
  • Schedule sales appointments and follow-up office meetings with clients.
  • Attend in-home sales appointments with sales associate.
  • Document meeting notes into company software and distribute to team members.
  • Write sales proposals and review for accuracy and grammatical correctness.
  • Prepare documents and meeting space for sales presentations.
  • Provides client assistance or direct the customer to the appropriate staff or team.
  • Help drive the general objectives of the business.
