Chad has worked in residential construction for over 18 years. He started working with new builds while in high school, later on he developed a passion for remodeling homes. He is drawn to the challenges, quirks, and complexities of remodels. After working directly with both builders and remodelers for nearly a decade, he made the leap and started his own remodeling company which equipped him with a very diverse and in depth understanding of what it takes to bring living space dreams to life. Making spaces match the vision of the homeowners while adding function and value to the home is what drives Chad.
