This project went through quite a check-down progression to arrive at a final scope: “Repair the failing deck and create a major addition to extend the great room … no make that ‘no’ addition (don’t really need it) but let’s make the deck into a new screened porch! Well, on third thought, can we make the porch a sunroom?”  Whew…and it is a beautiful sunroom with views of the pool and a linear direct vent fireplace and heated tile floor.
