MOSAIC Group [Architects and Remodelers], a metro Atlanta based Design/Build company, has received a 2016 Guildmaster Award for showing a continued commitment to service excellence. GuildQuality, a third-party customer satisfaction surveying company, has powered the Guildmaster Award since 2005 to celebrate service excellence among home builders, remodelers, and contractors.
In determining the companies that were recognized with this honor, GuildQuality considered two primary metrics: the percentage of customers who would recommend the business and the percentage of customers who responded. MOSAIC Group achieved a recommendation rate of greater than 90 percent from the clients who were surveyed through GuildQuality.
