The Challenge

At a quick glance, this home looked just fine. However, when we took a closer look, our inspection revealed a previously done remodel that was dated and poorly constructed. This home was in need of a facelift both inside and out. Generally speaking, the spaces were functional but lacked inspiration, modern amenities and finishes you see with a home in this intown neighborhood. We noticed this in the kitchen and were ready to give it the refresh it needed.

The Solution

Instead of moving from their much-loved home and neighborhood, this family made the decision to remodel their existing house to create their dream home. Our client had a vision, and we helped them bring it to life. The focus was on the most important spaces in their home: their kitchen, backyard and primary bath.  All three spaces were transformed from so-so to simply elegant.  We constructed a beautiful arched-top metal window in the kitchen. Then we installed marble countertops and custom cabinetry. All of the details were designed and created with painstaking craftsmanship. The result is a stunning kitchen with a beautiful view of their new backyard and opens up to their new living space as well.
