John has been involved in high-end residential construction in one form or another for well over 30 years. His career started in Savannah, Georgia, in the late 1980s as an interior stone fabricator/installer and went through the early 2000s. During this time, John worked in some of the largest and most expensive homes in coastal Georgia and South Carolina, as well as private yachts and aircraft. Drawing on relationships formed while working as a sub-contractor, John transitioned into project management. The majority of the projects John managed were historical restoration. Many of the homes were built in the 1800s and earlier. While renovating and restoring historic homes is John’s passion, it definitely carries over to more modern projects.
