The scope of work for this Johns Creek project includes updates to the garage, guest bedroom, upstairs hall bath, hallway, kitchen, and powder room.
In the garage, the existing door and trim will be removed and replaced with a new fiberglass door, hardware, and trim, followed by painting of the door and surrounding areas. In the guest bedroom, the stained portion of the ceiling will be removed, repaired, and the entire ceiling repainted.
In the upstairs hall bath, lighting and ventilation improvements will be made, including replacing the existing shower can light, adding an exhaust fan connected to the current venting, providing trims for existing recessed lights, and repairing and repainting the ceiling.
In the hallway, a minor fixture update will be completed. In the kitchen, select electrical cover plates will be updated, and the existing trash pull-out will be replaced while reusing the current cabinet door.
In the powder room, selective demolition and fixture upgrades will be performed while maintaining certain existing elements. Work includes updated lighting and electrical modifications, installation of new plumbing fixtures and accessories, wall preparation for wallpaper or paint, and full finish painting throughout the space.
