Nov. 4, 2025 – Protection Completed!

Nov. 6, 2025 – Demo started today. Good progress for the first day! Framing materials were delivered.

Nov. 14, 2025 – Framers installed the LVL beam today. Demo and Framing Continues!

Nov. 20, 2025 – Kitchen floor repair coming along. Second floor framing started.

Nov. 21st, 2025 – In-home meeting. Look at these gorgeous kitchen finishes!

Nov. 29th: The roof decking and felt is going on today. Photo dump of the progress!

Dec. 2nd: Framing continues. Archway was framed and stairs framing finished. Stairwell windows framed. Sheathing going on exterior walls.

Dec. 4th: The house is sheathed and wrapped! The fascia and soffits are being installed next.

Dec. 15th: Studs for shower window installed. Shower bench and blocking for floating shelf. Subfloor finished. Bench framed, blocking added, window raised.

Dec. 20th: Roughs are completed and scheduled for inspection Monday. Roof finishing today.

Dec. 24th: Insulated!

Jan. 2nd: Subfloor blocking added and patched upstairs, insulation added in kitchen.

Jan. 6th: Drywall was hung today. Looks good! Finishing will start tomorrow and continue through next week.

Jan. 12th: Drywall finishing continues. Shower waterproofing started as well as some prep for kitchen floor.

Jan. 14th: Drywall is complete! Priming will start tomorrow.

Jan. 19th: Interior doors installed today. Windows have started going in. Bottom stair wrap framed. Pine trim at ceiling installed.

Jan. 20th: Pine at ceiling installed, windows delivered, bottom tread wrap around framed.

Jan. 28th: Tile started today. Interior trim continued as well as siding continued today. Hardwood was delivered today for acclimation. Hardwood installation will start Monday. Brick tried to get started again today but the temperature is still too low. Hopefully get going again on brick tomorrow. We sured up the subfloor yesterday and today.

Jan. 30th: Tile, brick, and siding coming along. Sconce boxes and cavity for recessed medicine cabinet installed.

Feb. 10th: Posts re-wrapped today. Back patio and side cleaned up.

Feb. 12th: Deck reconfigured underneath to flush brick with deck boards. Posts re-wrapped today. Back patio and side cleaned up.

Feb. 19th: Stair treads completed today. Rail goes in tomorrow. Exterior doors delivered today and will be installed tomorrow.

Feb. 20th: Exterior doors installed today.

Feb. 23rd: More paint prep today. Priming windows and doors and painting ceilings starts tomorrow. More trim and siding around the back door done today. Front door hardware installed.

Feb. 26th: Floors are sanded. Two coats of stain on the floor. Looking great so far!

March 4th: Brick primed today. Carport door installed. Main power mast redirected per GA Power.

March 6th: Arch mocked up. Siding and trim completed outside until the window arrives. Interior trim completed until cabinets are installed. Interior paint prep completed and interior paint will start next week. Gutters going on Monday.

March 10th: Knee wall in laundry capped, jobsite cleaned up, door handle swapped, rafters plugged in kitchen. Great progress!

March 17th: Cabinet install started. Vanity is installed. Windows are being painted.

March 19th: Making excellent progress! Closet door installed, archway installed, sweep on door installed, rail put back on, upstairs door hardware + stops installed.
