Project Progress

Reawakened in Dunwoody

By February 12, 2026March 23rd, 2026No Comments

This project located in Dunwoody encompasses a comprehensive kitchen addition and main-level renovation designed to improve flow, function, and architectural cohesion. The existing kitchen and powder room will be removed to accommodate a structural reconfiguration, including new beams, foundational supports, and an expanded rear exterior wall with updated siding, brick accents, roofing, windows, doors, and gutters. Deck modifications and new exterior stairs and landing will integrate the addition seamlessly with the outdoor space. Hardwood floors will be laced in and refinished throughout the main level for a cohesive finish.

The new kitchen will feature semi-custom cabinetry with integrated storage solutions, quartz countertops, upgraded appliances and plumbing fixtures, custom millwork, and layered lighting. Adjacent living areas will be opened by removing a load-bearing wall to create a more connected layout, complemented by new trim, lighting, and paint throughout. Additional updates include a renovated laundry room, relocated garage entry, and a newly constructed powder room, resulting in a cohesive, elevated transformation of the home’s main level.
