Kelsey’s immersion in construction began early, from sneaking onto job sites with her father to touring historic neighborhoods with her grandfather. Her true “spark” came from her mother, a “renaissance woman” who once requested a wet tile saw for Mother’s Day. By middle school, Kelsey was already laying hardwood floors and bathroom tile. This hands-on upbringing instilled in her a deep respect for craftsmanship and foresight regarding the technical details of a build. With a strong background in financial literacy and a natural sense of empathy, she excels at navigating budget complexities while keeping the emotional significance of the project at the forefront.
