Linda Maddox

My passion has always been design. I see the world as a beautiful collection of shapes, colors, and textures. When I am designing, it is a large puzzle with many pieces that all fit together and work in harmony. That harmony is what makes a design work, and I love giving my clients not only a beautiful, functional space but one that enhances their lives and makes them happy.

I have been in some facet of design for my entire career, but the most challenging and rewarding has been the last 22 years in residential remodeling, with the past 10 in Design Build. I am a native Atlantan and hate that so many houses are being torn down, especially the dying breed of ranches and split levels. Space planning is my happy place, and these ’60-‘70s gems typically have very outdated layouts. It is so fun to re-work their floor plans and bring them up to current living requirements. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, my dogs and my DAWGS. Living in Colorado for more than 15 years, I love being outdoors, so I try to get up to the mountains of Cashiers, NC as much as I can.
