Phil Tondereau

At MOSAIC, I get to do work that excites me every day, and my mission is to create the best experience possible for our homeowners.

I have over 10 years of experience working in construction. It began with my career in the United States Air Force as an electrician for the Civil Engineering Squadron. After my time in the Air Force, I was afforded the experience to work as a project manager rehabilitating homes in the Midwest which grew my passion for residential construction. As a result, I went back to school. I went to Penn College of Technology in Williamsport, PA and earned a degree in Residential Construction Management. I spent the next two years building new construction of single family homes. Throughout my career, I’ve built homes for a variety of families, from new home owners to retired couples. The opportunity to bring a vision to life for our clients is an honor I never take lightly.
