This Brookhaven project involves a comprehensive renovation of three bathrooms, along with updates to adjacent bedroom areas, basement flex space, and an existing bar area, all designed to enhance functionality, comfort, and overall aesthetics throughout the home. In two of the daughter’s bathrooms and the basement bathroom, the scope includes the removal of outdated vanities, countertops, mirrors, plumbing fixtures, lighting, shower tile, shower doors, tubs where applicable, and other existing finishes. The remodel will introduce thoughtfully designed new features such as custom-framed shower curbs, recessed niches, shower benches, updated trim details, new shelving, and subfloor repairs as needed to create refreshed, highly functional spaces with elevated design and improved usability.
Beyond the bathroom renovations, the project also includes improvements to surrounding spaces to create a cohesive and polished result throughout the lower level and bedroom areas. Closet and bedroom doors will be temporarily removed and stored during carpet replacement, while the basement flex space will be transformed with a newly framed closet featuring double pocket doors, custom wall bump-outs for ledge shelving and an electric fireplace, and blocking for a future wall-mounted television. Additionally, the bar area will be updated with new cabinetry and finish trim to enhance both storage and entertaining functionality. Overall, the objective of the project is to modernize these spaces with updated finishes, improved organization, and custom design elements that better support the homeowners’ lifestyle.
