Screen panels and a dedicated access door will allow the homeowners to enjoy fresh air and outdoor views while staying protected from the elements. The porch will also include thoughtful finishing touches such as a ceiling fan and lighting, new gutters and downspouts, and roofing designed to perfectly complement the existing home. Adjacent to the porch, a new grill deck and stair system will create an inviting space for outdoor cooking and entertaining, completing a backyard retreat built for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying every season.
