Tailored Living, Top to Bottom
Location: Ansley Park
The Challenge
This kitchen was dark, outdated, and poorly laid out, with a U-shaped island that restricted movement and limited connection to the adjacent living spaces. A lack of natural light and the challenge of venting a new hood to the exterior further complicated the redesign. While other areas of the home also needed updates, the kitchen was the primary focus of the renovation.
The Solution
The kitchen was completely reimagined to create a bright, functional hub for everyday living and entertaining. A new window brings in natural light, while a reconfigured layout improves flow and connection to the living room. A custom pill-shaped island enhances pass-through and provides stylish, efficient storage. Cabinetry now extends to the tall ceilings, paired with clean, transitional trim for a more modern feel. The hood was successfully vented through the ceiling, and the space was organized into clear functional zones. Supporting updates elsewhere in the home complement the kitchen, allowing it to truly lead the transformation. Check out more from this project in our Whole Home section of our Portfolio.
