The Challenge

Part of a whole home remodel, this primary bathroom no longer supported the homeowners’ lifestyle or design preferences. Its existing layout felt inefficient and outdated, lacking the sense of comfort and intention they wanted from a daily retreat. While other areas of the home were addressed as part of a larger renovation, the bathroom required a complete rethinking to better align with how the homeowners wanted to relax and recharge.

The Solution

The primary bathroom was reimagined as a personalized wellness retreat. The existing layout was redesigned to prioritize function and comfort, replacing the standalone tub with a custom dry cedar sauna tailored to the homeowners’ lifestyle. Clean lines, thoughtful material choices, and a modern aesthetic create a calm, spa-like environment. Updates elsewhere in the home, including the kitchen and entertaining spaces, complement the bathroom’s refreshed design, resulting in a cohesive, contemporary transformation.
