The clients wanted a screened porch to enjoy year-round, and a small grilling deck to provide access to their backyard. However, they were somewhat constrained by tight Atlanta building restrictions.
The Solution
An intimate and charming screened porch makes a beautiful addition to this quaint, older home in the Garden Hills area of Atlanta. Radiant heaters extend the usable season well into the winter months. A small conversation area and large outdoor dining table make this the family’s new favorite room of the house.
